Bartlett, Ill.-based Sebert Landscape partnered with Kenosha Grounds Care, based in Pleasant Prairie, Wis. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The parties would not elaborate on the term “partnership.”
“In order for us to continue our growth model of creating opportunity, we wanted a true partnership which had a location in southeast Wisconsin,” said Jeff Sebert, CEO of Sebert Landscape. “Kenosha Grounds Care is an extremely well run organization, which has a very loyal customer base developed over 26 years of putting the customer’s needs first. Our goal is to continue the legacy of what (owners) Rich and Jill Oscarson have created.”
Sebert Landscape ranked No. 35 on the 2015 LM150 list of the largest landscape companies, with approximately $34.7 million in 2014 revenue. Revenue was not disclosed for Kenosha Grounds Care.

The process was led by Peter Holton, managing director of Caber Hill Advisors, who specializes in working within the landscape and lawn care industry.
